Smart Maintenance

In the smart maintenance page, user will be able to see the Selection field, Total Tickets, ticket count status in graphical representation, Ageing of tickets, Repeated abnormality. This page is mainly used for maintenance purposes by generating tickets if machine needs maintenance. The maintenance is done in CLIRT checklist. Day, week, Month, Year and Custom button filter is used to filter the data of the maintenance page. After selecting the corresponding machine and by clicking the Ticket button, it opens the new page showing the list of tickets generated for the alerts as shown in below.

Selection Field

Selection field will be able to filter the machine to see the tickets generation of the machine. Types of Selection fields are,

• Country & State list: This selection field will show the country and state list. User can select the country and state in the country & state dropdown field.
• Customer list: This selection field will show the Customer list. User can select the customer in the customer dropdown field.
• Machine list: This selection field will show the machine list. User can select the machine in the machine dropdown list.

To show the key features of smart maintenance, click on WO id(work order) of any machine.
