Features of Monitoring

Machine Settings and KPI Performance Graph

Machine settings will show the parameters of the corresponding machine which user have selected in the selection field. Below machine setting option user will be able to see a graph which shows the properties of the machine which are configured as KPI parameters for monitoring machine performance.

 Machine Info

In the right side of the page user will be able to see machine info and machine status. Machine info consists of 5 categories such as Serial number, Customer name, commissioned on, Machine family and Machine model. Machine status will show whether the machine is online or offline near the machine information label. Online time and offline time of the machine is displayed.

Selection Field

 Selection field will be able to filter the machine to see the performance and status of the machine. Types of Selection fields are,

• Country list: This selection field will show the country list in which machine/plant located. User can select country in the country dropdown field.
• State list: This selection field will show the state list in which machine/plant located. User can select state in the state dropdown field.
• Customer list: This selection field will show the Customer list. User can select customer in the customer dropdown field.
• Machine list: This selection field will show the machine list. User can select the machine in the machine dropdown field.
• KPI list: This selection field will show the KPI parameter list. User can select the KPI parameter in the KPI parameter dropdown field to show the data in graphical view.
• Search Button: By clicking search button user can able to see the selected machine KPI parameter performance graph, machine info and machine status.
